D.C. powerhouse Kilpatrick Stockton notched a victory this spring inĀ persuading Mike Halloran, former counsel to the Securities & Exchange Commission, to join the firm’s financial institutions practice group.
Lawyers with the firm celebrated Mr. Halloran’s arrival recently at the Occidental, alongside BCG Attorney Search attorney-placement workers (BCG brokered the transition). Before the SEC, Mr. Halloran worked as general counsel to Bank of America, supervising 185 lawyers from 1990 to 1996.

Recently drafted Mike Halloran, right.
